The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt so as to detect any defects and damage. The buyer is obliged to report any defects immediately to our company. We are not liable for defects caused by the carrier.

All goods are subject to a statutory period of 24 months, unless otherwise stated in the General Terms and Conditions or for specific goods. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not apply to:

  • defects caused by normal use,
  • misuse of the product,
  • improper storage.

Complaint Procedure

  1. Notify us of your complaint electronically by email, phone or in writing.
  2. Send the item as a registered package (not cash on delivery) to Studio NextLevel, Rudolfovska 60, Ceske Budejovice, 37001, Czech Republic
  3. Include the reason for the complaint, your address, and proof of purchase of the claimed goods in our store.

We will process your complaint as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days after its origin, ie after the receipt of goods by our company. In the case of longer complaints such as laptops, we will promptly inform you of the status of the complaint.

In acknowledging a claim, the claimant may claim reimbursement of the costs reasonably incurred
in exercising this right, eg freight, but must apply within a maximum of one month
after the expiry of the deadline for defect. (provided for in §1924 of the Civil Code)
